Yes, if you cancel your booking, you will be charged as per the following table of charges.
Cancellations must be made by you using our website. You will be entitled to a refund, depending on when you cancel your Booking, as follows:
(ii) If you cancel your booking with more than 24 hours before to the pickup time, you will be entitled to a full refund minus the transaction charge taken by the bank (usually 3%, depending on your bank).
(ii) If you cancel your booking between 24 hours to 12 hours prior to the pickup time, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 50% of the value of your booking.
(iii) If you cancel your booking with less than 12 hours before pickup time, you will not be entitled to any refund.
In the event that you cancel your booking directly with the driver, you will be asked by us to confirm your cancellation via email.
What if my flight was cancelled?
In the event your flight is cancelled by the airline, you may be able to claim compensation under the European Passenger Rights Regulation EC 261/04. You can find more information on the citizens advice website.
The service we offer is a pre-booked service, when you book your vehicle, a driver is allocated for that day. The driver will then make sure they keep that vehicle allocated for you. If you cancel, the driver scheduled to carry out the booking will lose out on a job. It will not be possible for the us to re-allocate another booking for that driver for that time of the day and that type of vehicle with less the 24 hours’ notice.

A 5-minute wait is included for all standard pickups. A 20-minute wait is included for airport pickups (unless otherwise stated). Even if your driver has arrived early, your included waiting time starts from the time your ride is booked for. After you have exceeded the waiting time it will be the driver’s discretion as to what the charge will be, Typically the charge is around £10 per 30 mins. If you feel you are overcharged, please contact us to see if we can assist you.
If your booking has been rejected, it means our operators have check the booking details and we don’t have availability for your booking time/date. In this case, the transaction is cancelled and payment should bounce back into your account straight away. Payment is taken only if a booking is accepted.
Refunds are done on the day the job is cancelled but will take 3 to 5 working days to show in your bank account. However, if you are using an international bank account the refund can take up to 10 working days.Â
Why does it take 3 to 5 days working days?
The refund process on card payments is unfortunately slow. We process the refund back on the card the same day but the money takes a few days to work its way back through the banking system. This is the process and system controlled by the banks. It typically only takes 3 working days but each bank is different. Also, allow for the fact foreign banks can sometimes have different working days.
If you are still waiting for your refund after 5 days please contact us so we can investigate. Â Common reasons why a refund might fail is an expired card or card been reported lost or stolen.Â
