I am so impressed with both rides I took today with Quick Cars York Taxis. The cars were incredibly clean, free of any scent that is often in a taxi, and very spacious. Both drivers arrived prior to my booking time and were so kind. I had one ride from York to Castle Howard and then one back to town, both pre-booked. They made my day out perfect!

I have a contract with them for regular journeys and I wouldn't use any other company again after this. Pre-booked taxis have drivers assigned in advance so someone will definitely turn up, on time, every time. Really friendly drivers who will chat when you want a chat and give you space when you need quiet. I even had one driver look after me when I had an epileptic seizure and she didn't seem to think it was a big deal! I didn't think this quality of service existed, really impressed by the whole company.

The team were extremely helpful as we were booking for 10 people, communication via WhatsApp was great, we changed our pickup time on the the night and they were very accommodating, notified us when taxis were on route and then when they were outside. Definitely use you again cheers
