I have a contract with them for regular journeys and I wouldn't use any other company again after this. Pre-booked taxis have drivers assigned in advance so someone will definitely turn up, on time, every time. Really friendly drivers who will chat when you want a chat and give you space when you need quiet. I even had one driver look after me when I had an epileptic seizure and she didn't seem to think it was a big deal! I didn't think this quality of service existed, really impressed by the whole company.

Not used a taxi in years but very impressed. I precooked the day before, got confirmation texts and emails straight away.
The day of the journey I got text confirmation of the registration number and drivers name.
Thank you to memet K for a pleasant journey and for getting me to my train in time.
Will use this firm again. Fantastic

I had a taxi booked to connect with a train that was cancelled due to a fatality on the line. I notified the company immediately, yet they refused to refund me, citing their “no refund” policy. This rigid approach is completely unreasonable in circumstances entirely outside the customer’s control.

If you rely on a taxi to connect with a train, be warned: this company will not exercise any discretion, even in emergencies. Their insistence on protecting drivers’ time over customer fairness left me extremely disappointed, and I would not recommend their services.

Punctual and reliable. Several text messages and emails sent after booking, including reminders, then message sent a few minutes before taxi arrival with details of vehicle. Would definitely use again.

The team were extremely helpful as we were booking for 10 people, communication via WhatsApp was great, we changed our pickup time on the the night and they were very accommodating, notified us when taxis were on route and then when they were outside. Definitely use you again cheers

Excellent - easy booking system, kept very well informed from booking to taxi arriving, given drivers name, vehicle reg and time of arrival on day of pick up. Driver arrived prior to arrival time in very clean vehicle, helped everyone into the vehicle and got us to the destination ahead of time. Would definitely use them again - Thank you
